Our South Wales teams coordinate our Care Workers from our flagship Cardiff branch.
We provide support to children, young adults and older people with prescribed care packages in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, and we’re proud to have played a significant part to deliver quality care services within the industry since 2010.
Managed by Hannah Collier, our Registered Manager with over 12 years in the industry, we work with local health boards, the NHS, private bodies, families and individuals to support the delivery of appropriate care packages.
Our service users are predominantly vulnerable individuals who are in receipt of homecare. This may include those receiving healthcare, those in lawful custody or under the supervision of probation services. It may also include those receiving a welfare service of a prescribed description or direct payments from a social service authority.
Our South Wales care teams provide support to individuals with, but are not limited to:
- Learning disabilities
- Physical needs
- Mental health needs
- Dementia
- Asperger’s and Autism
- Complex and additional challenging needs.
