Whether you're an experienced carer or just starting, we offer comprehensive training and unwavering support. Our 5-day induction and training course ensures you’re well-prepared, and you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned carer as your buddy when it's time to connect with our clients.

It's a driving role: You need to be a car owner/driver, as the role requires you to provide care and support in the community. The duties include:

• Caring for individuals in their own homes through personalised Care Plans.
• Support with washing, oral care, bathing and dressing.
• Assistance with getting up and going to bed.
• Meal Preparation: Providing support and encouragement during meal times.
• Administering Medication: Safeguarding health with care and precision.
• Assisting Around the Home: Nurturing a supportive living environment.
• Supporting with visits to the toilet or changing incontinence aids.
• Using specialised equipment to safely and respectfully move clients.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintaining continuity of care.

• We offer a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.01 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay).
