New Directions Care & Support is seeking compassionate Bank Care Assistants for positions in and around the Gwendraeth Valley Area.

Main Duties: In this fulfilling role, you’ll deliver crucial support to clients in their own homes, by carrying out the following duties:
However, beyond these duties, you'll also be a companion and emotional supporter, making sure clients feel cared for and valued. We need compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals for this rewarding position.
Driver/Car Owner: As you’ll be using your own car to travel from client to client, and sometimes accompanying them into the community for out-and-about activities, you will need a full UK Driving License or an International Driving License valid for at least 6 months. You will also need to be a car owner who is prepared to purchase business insurance.
