Whether you're an experienced carer or just starting, we offer comprehensive training and unwavering support. Our 5-day induction and training course ensures you’re well-prepared, and you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned carer as your buddy when it's time to connect with our clients.
It's a driving role: You need to be a car owner/driver, as the role requires you to provide care and support in the community. The duties include:
Caring for individuals in their own homes through personalised Care Plans.
Support with washing, oral care, bathing and dressing.
Assistance with getting up and going to bed.
Meal Preparation: Providing support and encouragement during meal times.
Administering Medication: Safeguarding health with care and precision.
Assisting Around the Home: Nurturing a supportive living environment.
Supporting with visits to the toilet or changing incontinence aids.
Using specialised equipment to safely and respectfully move clients.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintaining continuity of care.
Emotional support and companionship.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.01 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay).
Weekly Pay.
We’ll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card—saving you over £70! ! (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes.
Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile).
Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns.
