Who are we?
Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke domiciliary care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are essential. You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
The hours available for this role are after school during the week and on weekends only, however, increased hours are available during school holidays. If you’re looking for more hours outside of school holidays, we can offer Community Support work with Adults and Homecare shifts.

As a Community Support Care Worker, you will be required to support and deliver our sessional care services to children who have additional support needs due to learning, and / or physical disabilities, or poor mental health. We ensure they have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Together we can make a difference!
