Due to the responsibility of a Care Worker’s role, we undertake regulatory pre-employment checks, and support all of our new Care Workers to complete a robust induction before starting work.

We’ll do everything we can to make our recruitment process as seamless as possible, and ask that you work closely with us throughout so we can get you into work within just a couple of weeks.

Step 1

To start your career as a Care Worker with us today, you can request an initial call back from our team who will go through the first application stage with you, or you can request your application form directly online.

Step 2

Once you’ve completed our application form, we’ll be in touch to confirm if you have been successfully shortlisted and invited to an interview.

Step 3

After a successful interview stage, we will support you to obtain an enhanced DBS check and contact your referees for references.

Step 4

While we work on your employment checks, you will be able to complete your induction training so that you are fully prepared for your new role.

Once we have successfully completed our pre-employment checks and you have completed our induction programme, you can start your new career with us straight away.
